Playing Catch Up

Our birthday celebrations!

Jared celebrated with a party with lots of friends from work!  I blew out my candles in Gloucester with family :)  We are so blessed to have each other and these beautiful kidos!

Sarah Katherine is 10 weeks old today.  She still loves to nurse, be held, take walks, sway in our arms, and look around outside.  She gives us lots of smiles and coos these days.  She watches her brother intently as he plays.  She seems to love noise and the busier we stay, the happier she is!  

We took our first long car trip to Gloucester this past weekend and the car ride there was awful!  She cried the whole trip until I climbed in the back seat, smooched between the two car seats.  She then settled down and slept the last two hours of the trip.  I started off in the back seat on the way home and she slept until we got to Spout Springs where we visited with Kari and grabbed a bite to eat and then slept the rest of the way home!  The trick is she has to be able to see me and then she's fine and dandy! 

In Gloucester, we spent time with Aunt Meghan, Grandma and Grandpa, and Field and Mel.  We had a really great time and were sad to leave, but happy we visited!

This baby girl is just the cuddliest little baby!  She loves to be held and walked around.  She prefers to sleep in our arms and has a bit of trouble staying asleep when we put her down most of the time.

The top photo is her totally limp asleep and the bottom is a few minutes later.
