So, after almost a year of not blogging, I'm back!  I got a little frustrated when I exceeded my allotted download space for photos and I've been scrap booking digitally and traditionally and I got overwhelmed with the amount of time it took to put all these things together and take time out for myself while Landon naps.

Needless to say, I've missed blogging about Landon's developments and I've caught up on all my scrapbooks and so I'm back in the mood to blog.
Latest news is:
We're having a baby girl!
The preparations for this little girl have been so much fun!  When I was pregnant with Landon, we knew we were moving, so we couldn't set up the nursery until a month before he was born.  That was really hard for my nesting needs, but once we were all set up, I would just stare at the empty crib and fold and refold all the precious baby clothes.  Things haven't changed during this pregnancy, except that I've been able to set things up a lot earlier!

I've gone through all of Landon's baby clothes and am ready to part with them.  Although there are a few items that I just couldn't part with so I'm saving them for our little girl's future baby doll play.

When I was little I loved getting my cousin's hand me down baby clothes for my dolls and using real baby dolls and pacifiers for my pretend mommy play.

Landon is super excited about having a sister.  He seemed to know the baby was a girl and stated, "I know its a girl mommy, because I don't want a little brother."  Lucky for him, he was right
He loves putting his hand on my belly and "feeling the baby kick."

So far this pregnancy is exactly like my first.  I feel great with the exception of some sciatic nerve pain and trouble falling asleep.  As long as I stay active and don't sit for too long (like that's been a problem with a very happy, active little boy), the sciatic nerve pain is minimal.
