Updates for April

Landon did GREAT getting his hair cut!

My sweet sweet babies! 

Sarah LOVES to explore her world.  She especially loves to taste her environment.  She loves tulips, dandelions and especially sand!

Sarah is taking 2 naps a day and sleeping through the night most nights now.  We are all well rested and happy :)

She nurses 4-5 times a day and eats meals with us and snacks.  We feel so blessed that she eats so well and is growing and thriving!

Karate

I can't begin to tell you how proud I am of this guy!

He's been to 3 classes thus far and every time he has been more focused.  He listens to instructions well and is catching on to the moves quickly.  He is very motivated to do well.  He enjoys practicing outside of the dojo.  He's so proud and excited that he takes karate and so are we!

Sarah began March by "leap frogging" around the room.

Landon and Sarah love each other so much and they enjoy playing alongside one another.

These cold weeks have led to many fun indoor activities.  Landon is READING on his own!  He's been playing board games and video games.  He and Jared have also enjoyed playing in the snow.

Sarah is eating many new foods everyday.  Her most recent favorite is pizza!

We've had a few warmer days mixed in with our snow days.  We've taken advantage of them by having picnic lunches after school.

Miss Sarah has rolled onto ther tummy to sleep.  We find her in the morning and after naps on her tummy most of the time.  She is taking 2 naps a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.  The afternoon nap is becoming longer (allowing me to get more done around the house).  

Landon enjoys playing with his friends.  

Landon began karate last Wednesday.  He was so super excited and happy you could see it in his every move.  He would perform a karate move and then look back to Jared and me with a huge smile!
